Scan left and right hand simultaneously. The hands need to be in a natural position, with the hand aligned straight with the wrist onto the scanner - don't move your hand while scanning! Do not pres s down otherwise it will distort the picture. You may place a towel over the scanner to s top external light creeping in. Remember, I need a scan picture of both the whole palms from wrist to fingertips and it must be clearly shown. Scanned picture should be in .jpg format at 300 dpi i.e. dices per inch, from fingertips to wrist, in a natural position. It’s worth taking time to get good hand print s because my reading depends on quality of the pictures. HAND-PALM PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS You can take camera pictures very easily from your cell phone with the help of someone to be taken out under the sun by keeping your both palms parallel to Earth and focusing camera on the centre of the palms.
